We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days and Express shipping takes 2–4 business days after your order ships.

Standard shipping is $6.99, or FREE on orders of $75 or more. Express shipping is $14.99.

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. If you haven't received it within 5 business days of ordering, contact us and we'll check on it for you.

Yes, if you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be on its way, but you can still return it once it arrives.

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first to receive your return authorization. Read our full Refund & Return Policy.

We're sorry! Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Yes. Our stems feature detailed petals, natural color variation and realistic leaves, so they look freshly picked up close and in photos.

Most stems contain a flexible wire, so you can bend and shape them to fit your vase and create a natural look.

Items labeled "Indoor or Outdoor" are suitable for covered outdoor areas such as porches and patios. To prevent fading, avoid long periods of strong direct sun and bring them indoors in harsh weather.

Dust with a soft brush or use a hair dryer on the cool setting. For a deeper clean, wipe leaves with a slightly damp cloth. See our Care Guide.

Vases and arrangements are sold separately unless the product description says otherwise, so you can mix and match your favorites.

Our decorative vases are designed for faux stems. If you'd like to use fresh flowers and water, please place a glass liner inside.
